We don't sign and seal.
We extend your aerial reach.
CT Aero works as the UAV subcontractor layer for licensed Professional Surveyors and survey firms across Florida. RTK photogrammetry, orthomosaic, topographic, and hydrographic data — captured by an aviation-grade flight operation and delivered into your workflow.
CT Aero (CT Aerial Services LLC) provides aerial data acquisition and documentation services. CT Aero is not a state-licensed Professional Surveying or Engineering firm. Deliverables requiring a Professional Surveyor's seal must be procured from a licensed firm; we operate as the UAV subcontractor on top of your stamped work, not as a substitute for it.
Capacity, capability, and overflow.
Florida survey firms see UAV demand from clients but face a real cost-versus-utilization question: hiring a full-time UAV pilot, certifying them, equipping them, insuring them, and keeping them productive between mapping jobs is significant overhead. Many firms — even those with one or two in-house UAV pilots — still need overflow capacity, specialty capability, or geographic reach.
CT Aero is the subcontractor that fills that gap. Aviation-grade flight discipline, FAA Part 107 certified, ASTM and APSA-trained operators, $1M liability + UAV hull coverage, RTK photogrammetry as standard. We hand off geo-referenced deliverables in the formats your processing team already uses (Pix4D, DroneDeploy, Bentley, Trimble, ESRI).

- ▸ Geographic reach where your team isn't local
