This Privacy Policy describes how CT Aerial Services LLC ("CT Aero," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our website (ctaerialservices.com), our aerial drone inspection and data services, and our business communications with prospects and clients. This policy applies to information gathered from website visitors, form submissions, outbound email recipients, and clients engaged in aerial services.

By using our website or engaging with our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Aerial imagery, thermal data, orthomosaics, 3D reconstructions, GPS coordinates, and flight logs captured during CT Aero missions are treated as client deliverables. Handling, ownership, and confidentiality of these records are governed by the specific engagement agreement between CT Aero and each client, not by this Privacy Policy.

We use the information we collect to:

• ▸ Apollo.io — professional contact data
• ▸ Google Calendar — meeting scheduling via calendar.app.google

Aerial imagery, thermal orthomosaics, 3D reconstructions, point clouds, flight logs, and inspection reports produced during CT Aero engagements are governed by the specific engagement agreement between CT Aero and each client. Clients retain full rights to their deliverables upon final payment. CT Aero may retain anonymized or aggregate operating data for internal quality control, standards compliance, insurance defensibility, and training purposes.

We do not publish, share, or use identifiable client property imagery for marketing or case study purposes without explicit written consent from the client or property owner.

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to support functionality, measure traffic, and improve user experience. Categories include:

• ▸ Essential cookies: Required for basic website functionality
• ▸ Analytics cookies: Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager, used to understand aggregate site usage patterns
• ▸ Visitor identification pixel: A Leadsy tracking script (leadsy.ai) that identifies visiting business organizations based on IP address matching. This does not identify individual visitors by name.

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through settings. Disabling cookies may affect website functionality. We do not currently use advertising retargeting cookies, behavioral profiling, or cross-site trackers.

We retain personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including:

• ▸ Flight logs and mission records: retained for the period required by FAA Part 107 record-keeping requirements and any additional period necessary for insurance defensibility or litigation
• ▸ Financial records: retained per applicable tax and accounting requirements
• ▸ Client deliverables: retained per the engagement agreement plus twelve (12) months, unless otherwise specified

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• ▸ Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements

• ▸ Do Not Sell: We do not sell personal information. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

CT Aero provides business-to-business commercial services and does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information promptly.

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Our website does not currently respond to DNT signals in a standardized way. We disclose our tracking practices in Section 06 regardless of browser DNT settings.

Our services are directed to businesses operating within the United States, primarily Florida and the Southeast. If you access our website from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using our services, you consent to such transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the website. Your continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
