Same building. Same flight. What the eye sees, what the sensor sees.

The visual capture shows the roof plane a property manager or engineer inspects from the ground. The radiometric thermal capture, per ASTM C1153-23, shows the moisture patterns and heat differentials invisible to the naked eye. This is the pairing every commercial roof and envelope decision should be made on.

Stitched Orthomosaic Pair · 48-Hour Delivery

Geo-referenced thermal orthomosaic alongside RGB visual. Both cover the entire roof surface, delivered in the mission portal with a draggable swipe divider so any roof plane can be inspected in thermal or visual by moving the slider.

Visual RGB nadir capture of a commercial roof
01 · Visual Reference

RGB nadir at operational altitude. Roof planes, chimneys, drainage geometry visible. What a ground inspector sees, but overhead.

02 · Radiometric Thermal

IronRed radiometric palette per ASTM C1153-23. Bright areas indicate elevated surface temperature — moisture retention, wet insulation, or thermal bridging.

The Mission

Drone-flown radiometric thermal imaging captures the entire roof surface at high resolution, geo-referenced and stitched into a single thermal orthomosaic.

Following ASTM C1153 protocol, surveys are conducted within the optimal post-sunset window when thermal contrast between wet and dry areas peaks. Each anomaly is GPS-tagged, area-calculated in square footage, and severity-ranked.

Deliverable is a defensible PDF report with executive summary, methodology, environmental conditions, annotated thermal and RGB orthomosaics, anomaly inventory with severity ratings, and prioritized recommendations. Format is accepted by major insurance carriers, NDL warranty manufacturers, and commercial lenders.

Reports delivered within 48 hours of flight.
